We have used Direct Cooling for four years now, after having numerous issues with our previous refrigeration engineer, Direct Cooling were recommended to us. 

As you can imagine problems with any refrigeration equipment in a retail butchers, cutting plant and abattoir can bring major disruption to a business. Direct Cooling have always been very responsive and flexible visiting us at unsociable hours to fix any problems. It’s great to know you always have them at the end of the phone.
